What we collect
The details you enter in the quote form (name, email, project description, preferences) and any file you choose to upload.
How it's stored
Quote requests and uploaded files are stored privately and are only visible to the studio owner. They are used solely to review and respond to your request. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are never published or shared publicly.
How long we keep it
We aim to delete uploads for requests that do not become orders after a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete your request and files at any time.
Spam protection
To limit abuse, we store a one-way hashed version of your network address alongside the request. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Anonymous usage counts
We count quote-form starts when you first change a field and record a completion only when a request is saved. Counts include a public page path, product category and a broad source such as Google search or Bing search. We do not store search queries, full referring URLs, names, emails or network addresses in these counts. Temporary first-party session storage remembers this context and a random form identifier; no third-party analytics service is added. The saved quote also carries this source context so the studio can compare inquiries with accepted and completed orders.
