Concept imagery — actual products may varyMake the recognition specific
An award brief can include your event theme, original emblem, recognition category and preferred base. Names, dates and short messages may be incorporated where lettering and surface geometry allow it.
For example, a nonprofit might request a shared award shape with different volunteer names. The common design and every text variation still need review; an image concept is not proof that all details will print successfully.
- Provide the event name, date and intended presentation use
- List recipient names and award categories with final spelling
- Share licensed logos, approximate size and color preferences
Small batches, reviewed before acceptance
Award quantities are quoted individually. A run of 10–50 is an example to discuss, not guaranteed production capacity. One printer makes the size of each piece, total machine hours and event deadline especially important.
Tell us the date you need the awards in hand, not only the event date. We will review whether the brief fits the queue before accepting an order. Delivery dates are confirmed in writing rather than assumed.
Materials, finish and personalization
Awards are decorative PLA or PETG display pieces, not metal or resin trophies. Up to four filament colors may be practical on the AMS. Fine layer lines, supports and the orientation of lettering affect the appearance.
We review the shape and base for printability. Any polishing, paint, special packaging or additional finishing must be stated in your quote; do not assume it is included.
Approve the design before the batch
Start with a free, non-binding quote request. We assess licensing, capacity and cost, then provide a written quote and a digital proof for approval. Confirm names and spelling carefully before production.
Payment and any deposit terms are set out in the written quote. Printing begins only after required approvals and payment arrangements. Local pickup is by arrangement; U.S. shipping depends on order acceptance.
Free, non-binding. A quote request is not an order.
