Local custom work, not walk-in retail

You can request pet-inspired figurines, branded desk displays, original mascots and recognition awards. Tell us the intended use so we can judge whether a decorative FDM print is suitable.

Local pickup in the Austin / Round Rock area is available by arrangement after order acceptance. We do not advertise a public storefront or walk-in hours. U.S. shipping may be offered with costs confirmed in the quote.

Have a licensed STL or 3MF?

Send the file with its intended dimensions, quantity, preferred colors and use. STL typically describes mesh geometry without reliable units; state the size explicitly. A 3MF can contain units and other project information, but printer settings and color assignments still need review.

Owning a downloaded file does not automatically give permission to reproduce it. Check its license and let us know that you have the necessary rights. Files are reviewed for scale, geometry, supports and suitability before a quote is accepted.

Starting from an idea or photograph

You do not need a finished model to ask for a quote. A description, sketch or reference photo can begin a design discussion. Modeling or setup fees may apply and are identified in the written quote.

AI-assisted concept development may be used when appropriate, including Meshy AI behind the scenes. AI concepts are not automatically printable. Human review, refinement and licensing checks remain required.

What our printer can—and cannot—promise

Manufacturing uses one Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with a four-color AMS. PLA and PETG are the main materials, with up to four colors where practical. Size, supports, print time and the current queue determine feasible quantities and dates.

We do not specialize in precision engineering, load-bearing parts or safety-regulated items. No weapons, counterfeits or unlicensed intellectual property are accepted. Decorative prints are not certified for food, medication or cosmetic contact.

A clear quote before production

Describe your idea, share a file if available and choose the relevant product category in the quote form. We review feasibility, ask questions where necessary and prepare a written price and proof. Nothing is manufactured before required approvals and payment arrangements.
