Submitting a request does not create an order or obligation. An order exists only after you approve a written quote and design proof.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are provisional and for planning only. Your written quote is the only price that applies. No payments are collected through this website.
Deposits & payments
For larger or custom-design orders, a deposit may be required before production begins; your written quote will state it. Payments are arranged directly with you — this website never collects or stores payment card details. Production starts only after the required approvals and payment arrangements are complete.
Cancellations
If you cancel before production starts, we will work with you fairly. Once printing has begun, deposits may be non-refundable because material and machine time have been committed. Exact terms are confirmed in your written quote.
Your designs and rights
By sharing files, images, logos or characters, you confirm you own them or have permission to have them reproduced. We may decline any request involving third-party intellectual property.
What we don't make
Weapons or weapon parts, unsafe or regulated items, counterfeit or infringing designs, or anything we consider inappropriate.
Product use
Prints are decorative. They are not certified for food, drink, medication or cosmetic contact, and are not intended as precision or load-bearing parts.
Capacity & timing
Production uses a single desktop printer. Any timeline is an estimate unless confirmed in writing in your quote.
Custom work
Because pieces are made to your approved proof, custom work generally can't be returned for change of mind. Specific terms for defects or damage are set out in your quote.
